Overview
Mongolduu (Монгол Дуу) is a free Mongolian music service — the website mongolduu.com and the Mongolduu apps for iOS and Android — where you can search, stream and buy Mongolian songs. Asuult.net operates Asuult.net, Mongolduu.com, and their subsidiary websites and mobile applications (together, the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect from visitors and app users, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as described here. Terms used in this policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions, unless defined otherwise.
Information We Collect
To provide and improve the Service, we may collect:
- Account information — such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you register or sign in (including via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple).
- Purchase history — records of songs or albums you've purchased or redeemed, so you can re-download them and aren't charged twice for content you already own.
- Log data — information your browser or device sends automatically, such as IP address, browser or app version, pages or screens visited, and the time and duration of your visit.
- Device and advertising identifiers — used for app functionality, fraud prevention on paid content, and, where you've given permission, for advertising (see below).
Google User Data
If you choose Sign in with Google in the Mongolduu app or on our websites, Google shares the following with us, with your permission: your name, email address and profile picture. We do not request access to your Gmail, Contacts, Drive or any other Google data.
- How we use it: only to create and identify your Mongolduu account, sign you in on your devices, and keep your purchases and saved songs linked to you.
- Sharing: we do not sell, rent or share your Google user data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. It is processed only by our own servers and by Google Firebase Authentication, which handles the sign-in.
- Storage & protection: it is stored on our servers over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, accessible only to our administrators.
- Retention & deletion: we keep it while your account exists. You can delete your account and this data at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account's address; we delete it within 30 days. You can also remove Mongolduu's access in your Google Account settings.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
Cookies are small files commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier, sent to your browser and stored on your device. We use cookies to collect information and improve the Service. You may accept or decline cookies through your browser settings; declining may limit some features.
Advertising & Tracking
The Service shows advertising, including through Google AdMob. On iOS, where required, we ask for your permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt before using your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads. You can decline this prompt, or change your choice at any time in your device's privacy settings. If you don't allow tracking, you'll still see ads, just less personalized ones.
Security
We use commercially reasonable means to protect the information you provide us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to Other Sites
The Service may link to other sites not operated by us. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us below.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain account and purchase information for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the information below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as the updated policy is posted on this page; we encourage you to review it periodically.
